A lovely early Burmese folding occasional table, featuring an octagonal top supported by an arched, panelled base. The surface is richly decorated with a multitude of mythological figures, while the folding panels below are similarly adorned with mythical beasts and figural scenes. There are two old cracks through the top caused my the movement of the timber but this doesn't not affect use.
