Pair Of Italian Late 19th Century Ebonised Stools

Wonderfully carved with a Chevron pattern fabric these stools are as comfortable as they are stylish. 
 
Provenance - Airlie Gardens, Holland Park - The home of Herbert Olivier (1861-1952), Edwardian artist and traveller

Condition - Stools are structurally sound however there is wear to the arms and legs consistent with age and one corner carving shows some damage.
